The consensus advice was to download and install the Sunset version that Microsoft released when it was discontinuing support for the regular program. The opinion of all in the online articles was that there was no trick to get around the activation and, therefore, I couldn’t do what I wanted to do. Since I had already installed the program, what I was hoping to find was a way around the no-longer-functioning activation to make what I already had work. I did go back through all of the links, particularly the two on activation. Sorry to be slow to respond, but I had to step away from this for a few days. I do not quit for those who are polite and cooperative. _ Windows MVP 2010-20 Millions helped via my tutorials and personally in forums for 12 years. Thoroughly research any product advertised on the sites before you decide to download and install it. Watch out for ads on the sites that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). The pages appear to be providing accurate, safe information.
